Klaus Christandl (GM): THE LINK
We at Sheraton Miramar have long recognized the importance to develop and strengthen the LINK between the senior operating team of the hotel and the associates in all departments. This link is represented by our mid-management and supervisory associates. We have identified their key challenges through an in-depth analysis of our StarVoice results and additional VOC collection. Based on this data we have been able to tailor a week of workshops conducted by the senior operating team to provide our LINK with additional tools and knowledge and refine their skills.
